Paige is a go-to-market specialist. For eight years she took B2B products and events to market: finding the right buyer, building the pipeline and closing the deal. She started by running international trade exhibitions, selling six and seven-figure sponsorships at some of the UK’s largest B2B shows, then led the sales team for a portfolio of events in health, recycling and technology.
She then moved into SaaS, leading UK strategy for a global customer engagement platform used by household-name brands, and selling enterprise conversion software to major UK retailers. Across her career she generated over £10M in new business and trained hundreds of sales executives across the country.

The tools Paige couldn’t buy, so she built them, starting with the TT Heat Hat, which sold out within days. Entirely bootstrapped, Team Texture reached 7,500 customers in under two years and is now expanding globally with distribution and trade stockists.
Paige built every part of the business herself, from product development and supplier deals to e-commerce, content and customer service. Team Texture is now expanding with distribution and trade stockists, an ad agency and a fulfilment partner, with a hair care line in development. It is a working case study in building a brand on sales skill and community alone.

Not a hair care app, a hair health platform. STRAND holds your full hair and health record in one place, from bloods and allergies to history and photographs. AI analysis turns it into a real treatment plan, and members reach verified professionals who understand textured hair.
Paige co-founded STRAND to fix a gap she lived through: hair problems are rarely treated as health problems. The platform links what goes on the hair with what happens inside the body, and gives members, professionals and brands a consented, long-term view of textured hair that has never existed before.

When every production house said no, Paige made the pilot herself over a single weekend using AI tools. The series shows young Black girls learning to love their hair, a story they rarely see in anime, and it is now in talks with streaming platforms.
She storyboards each episode with AI and renders the scenes with AI video tools, doing the work of a full production team on her own. The series has driven over 7 million organic views across TikTok and Instagram, grown its own Instagram page by more than 20,000 followers, and opened talks with streaming platforms.

AFRO HAIR IN THE CURRICULUM
Paige is pushing the Department for Education and the Department for Work and Pensions to make Afro hair education mandatory in hairdressing training. She has spoken about hair discrimination at work on ITV News and BBC Radio 4, and to students in schools across London.
In 2026 she publicly challenged Dyson over how its salons treat Afro hair, with her response video passing 244,000 views, and called on the Department for Education to back the British Beauty Council’s push for Afro hair in the curriculum. She has also spoken to young people with UNESCO UK, Hackney Council and the Big Kid Foundation.
